The Science Events Summit: June 2-4 in LA
| A couple weeks ago I went to Los Angeles to check out spaces for the Science Events Summit, and I had such a great time. During the days we’ll meet in the Petersen Automotive Museum’s airy penthouse, atop three floors of incredible automotive history and style. An easy walk from there is the Summit’s hotel, a classic SoCal oasis in the city with fountains and flowers and courtyards that blend inside and outside. Across the street is the historic Farmers Market, with more than 40 restaurants and eateries bustling with a cross section of Angelenos. And the intriguing La Brea Tar Pits are right around the bend. There’s actually much more to see and do, but I’ll let you discover all of that when you join us this June!
